【摘要】:Thisstandardcontainsfundamentalinformationfordeterminingstressresultantsandforthepurposeofdesigning,aswellasdesignregulationsrelatingtoreinforcedconcretecomponentsinsidenuclearpowerplants,whichareimportantfromasafetypointofviewandwhicharesubjecttomechanicaland/orthermalloadingsresultingfromaccidents.Itcanalsobeappliedbyanalogytoreinforcedconcretecomponents,whichareimportantfromasafetyaspect,inothernuclearplants.;Thisstandarddescribesthetypeoftime-dependentcomponentloadings,resultingfrominternalaccidents,givesadviceonthenecessarydynamiccalculationsandthesimplificationspermittedthereinandlaysdownthearithmeticvaluesforconcreteandsteel,permittedforthedesign,andthesafetyelementsthataretobeobserved.Appplicationofthisstandardensuresthebearingcapacityofthestructure.
